Following his graduation from Hofstra University, Charlie spent three years in Nashville, Tennessee, immersed in the music industry. There, he honed valuable skills in negotiation, client service, and problem-solving. However, his heart remained in Fairfield County. Growing up on the waterfront in Greenwich and spending summers home from school working at Indian Harbor Yacht Club instilled a deep connection to his hometown and a love for the waterfront.
Charlie returned to town in 2020 and further diversified his skillset. He worked at an entertainment PR firm and managed the business of a successful record producer. These experiences navigating complex deals and ensuring smooth operations translate seamlessly to the world of real estate.
Charlie’s local knowledge, combined with his business expertise, perfectly embodies Anderson Associates’ dedication to excellence. Raised in a family where real estate was more than just a profession, Charlie brings genuine passion and understanding to every client interaction.
