“Whether or not you have met me, already know me, or someone you trust has referred you to me, I hope you will find the following information helpful. The recommendations of my past clients were written by people, who were once just like you, trying to decide who could best help them with their real estate transactions.”

What Carolyn's Clients are Saying
“We very much appreciate your kindness. We want to thank you for your persistence in getting us a customer willing to buy Mary’s condo at a reasonable price. Being from a real estate family – Charles’ father was an agent for over 60 years – we realize how tough it is to operate in times when people cannot, or find it very difficult, to obtain a mortgage. We are so lucky that our sale was handled by ‘the best real estate person in Greenwich’.” – Jackie and Charles Londa
“Thank you so much for your help. You have spent so much time in helping us. You are the best realtor and friend.” – Billie and Stanley Chow
“Your guidance and support throughout the selling and purchasing of our homes made the process exciting, fun, and pretty stressless and we appreciate it.” – Pat and Ray Johnson
“I would like to thank you for your excellent work in selling my mother’s house and for keeping us posted so well on its progress.” – Marika Simon
“I would like to thank you for all your help in selling our home. Your caring made it very easy.” – Ted and Mary Ella Lucas
“Carolyn, we are so thankful for your outstanding support. Not only was your advice essential to finding the right buyer, your warm style and full dedication was unmatched. Birgit, Hannah, Lena and myself are very happy having had you on our side. Thank you so much again. In case the good winds will one day bring us back to Greenwich (which you know if very close to our hearts), we certainly will knock on your door.” – Klaus Kleinfeld
“Heidi and I share the sentiment that you were wonderful to work with. Should the opportunity arise for us to make a recommendation to friends or colleagues moving into the area we will be happy to do so.” – Mark Eckman
“The house is such a joy I can’t begin to describe. I call it the Cubby. Soon it will be a year and I can’t wait to celebrate the milestone. The garden is like a jungle and I think I coddle the flowers too much. Thank you so much for you help.” – Sandra Walker
“Throughout the process you and Amy both demonstrated superior insight, skill and talent – with your market assessment, your proposal, your strategy and your execution. You anticipated and managed every detail. The result was a final offer that was 15% higher than you closed competitor’s ‘stretch’ listing price – all within 3 days of hitting the market. Does it get any better than that? Actually, yes. Prospective buyers had to be approved by the co-op’s board of directors – a process that can be nerve-wracking and take extra time. Amy kept the process moving smoothly with excellent communication between parties. As a result, I thank we set a land-speed record form broker’s open house to actual closing.” – John Richardson
“Thank you for the friendly and compassionate treatment we received during the sale of our ‘old home place'” – Bob Backlund
“It’s hard to believe that we have come the the end of our real estate transactions. We never would have made it without your constant support! You’re such a consummate professional. Having you as part of one of the most important aspects of our lives (our home!) has been critical to the ease and efficiency of the process. What I mean is, your are the Best.” – Hilary Watson
“Thank you for conducting another successful open house. We are sure that this enterprise is entirely above and beyond the call of duty, for which we are very much appreciative.” – Robert Wu
“We are glad you were the salesperson for our house. My only regret is that we didn’t give you the exclusive in the first place. You left no stone unturned in the marketing process, putting together a file of documents having to do with historical references to the house and the district. You obtained a release from the Town Hall of architectural drawings filed at the time of the house renovation. All this was delivered to prospective customers the minute they demonstrated any interest. It is hard to conjure up a Realtor with greater knowledge about and interest in American Architecture. Your expertise as an Interior Designer enabled you to help potential buyers visualize what their lives would be like in a given house. We are recommending you unreservedly.” – Duira Ward
“Thank you so much for all of your efforts in helping us to learn about modular construction and all construction in general. We appreciate all of your help and feel so fortunate to have you as our Realtor and friend.” – Susan and Dan Schuler
“With special thanks for all you do: for knowing what we wanted better than we did; for giving us that extra push when we needed it, but never pushing us hard; for your expertise; for much more, but especially for just being you.” – Naomi and Steve Myers
“Just a note to tell you how much I appreciated your time with Celia and your kindness in guiding her through the Greenwich maze. You were wonderful and she thoroughly enjoyed being with you professionally and personally.” – Bill Healey
“Well now you see what you have done to my life. Sure – move to Greenwich and look what happens – you get showered with love and affection and make relationships that will most likely last a lifetime. I guess you were right after all and we really have you to thank for your persistence.” – Faith Toraby
“Thanks again for all of your great expertise. You are the best!! So glad that Elsie gave me your name.” – Evelyn Ridberg
“Thank you for your super ads, great copy and wonderful use of photos. Without your imaginative efforts we wold not have sold the house and property as well as we have. We are truly grateful for all of your help and we are particularly appreciative of having you on our sales team. Your beautiful photos will keep alive the lovely memories of 50-years growing up there.” – Dieter von Hennig
“I should be sending you flowers! I am so grateful to you for all you did for my children. Thank you again for making a dream come true” – Barbara Martin
“Working with Carolyn is a pleasure. Quite simply, she’s a professional who gets the job done with a smile and a kind word for everyone. We live in Tokyo and had the task of selling our unoccupied Greenwich home. Carolyn made sure that the myriad of small tasks that needed to be done were done, produced a great book on our house, and made sure people saw it. Carolyn was always accessable, and helped us organize our move, cleanup, all leading to a smooth closing. Bottom line results were a happy seller and happy buyer.” – Ray Klein
